Kyro Strategies exists because most mid-market companies are running their business across 14 tools and 14 dashboards, with the AI capability they already pay for sitting on top of none of it. The operating layer that connects them (workflows, evidence, decision support) is what nobody is building. We build it.
Off-the-shelf tools give everyone the same charts. Custom development takes a year and costs a fortune. Most AI projects fail in the first year because teams jump straight to agents and automation before they can run a reliable prompt. Your team ends up with 30 software subscriptions, a dozen spreadsheets, and an AI copilot nobody has properly configured. We think there's a better way.
We build custom analytics platforms, purpose-built for how your team actually works, and deliver a working prototype in 48–72 hours. The thinking behind each platform comes from 20 years in corporate finance and technology leadership: Goldman Sachs investment banking, a Wharton MBA, CFO and CEO roles, and two completed exits. We know what the output needs to look like because we've been the one reading it between meetings.
We also run private AI training cohorts that take your operators past basic prompting onto persistent-context workflows on their real day-to-day work. When a problem is too big for chat alone, we build the custom AI systems off-the-shelf tools can't reach. The training format is shaped by what I learned as CFO and CEO of Fullstack Academy, running the business side of one of the country's largest coding bootcamps. The teaching itself was never me at the whiteboard, but running a cohort is running a cohort, and financial rigor applied to AI operations is what decides whether any of it survives year two.
We also run Kyro CFO, the fractional CFO and financial advisory practice. Same firm, same infrastructure spine, two delivery motions. Kyro CFO runs vertical on finance leadership; Kyro Strategies runs horizontal on operational platforms. The CFO seat and the COO seat see different dashboards but query the same warehouse.
